ReefMat Fleece-roll by Red Sea are designed to fit the ReefMat ‘roller filters’. These filter rolls keep your saltwater aquarium crystal clear.
Available in three different sizes;
1. ReefMat 250 Fleece-roll

Red Sea Roller filters
The filter units are very easy to use! They sit perfectly into almost any sump tank and are designed to take the water flowing from the drain pipe and clean it before it gets to the rest of your sump filtration.
Following the instructions that are provided, it is quick and easy to get the filter running and easy to change the roll when needed.
Goodbye to changing filter socks!
ReefMats automatically roll the filter fleece on to the next (and clean) part of the roll when the duel level sensor shows that the water level inside of the filtration chamber rising. The water only rises because the filter mat is becoming clogged. With the more traditional method of using filter socks under the drain pipes, once they get clogged (which often happens too quickly) they will overflow until you change them or take them out for cleaning, meaning that the water is not so efficiently cleaned. And so, using one of these filters it is far easier and far more effective than using filter socks. The fleece mat will last longer than a filter sock too meaning that you’ll normally get weeks at a time out of it rather than a few days.
