H2O Maker – Dechlorinator

From the Aquadip professional aquarium care range, H2O Maker – dechlorinator is suitable for freshwater or marine tanks.

This product makes tap water safe for fish, shrimps, crustaceans and plants by instantly removing chlorine, chloramine, copper, lead, zinc and other heavy metals from tap water.

Stress relief & health boost

H2O Maker also neutralises ammonia and is enriched with vitamins and nourishing aloe vera to de-stress fish and to protect their mucous membrane.

This means that is is a good idea to use this product any time that the fish are in danger of becoming stressed.

The fishes mucous membrane protects it against disease and parasites like Whitespot. For this reason, always add a little H2O Maker when adding new fish to your aquarium. In an ideal world, if your aquarium has a UV steriliser, always make sure that this is on when adding new fish too. This reduces the risk of new pathogens entering the tank when adding new fish.

Dosage instruction:

Add 10ml per 50 litres of aquarium water weekly or immediately after carrying out a water change.

• 100ml will treat up to 500 litres of water
• 250ml will treat up to1250 litres of water
• 500ml will treat up to 2500 litres of water
• 1000ml will treat up to 5000 litres of water

Reducing plastic waste where possible

A 30ml dosing cap is available on request with this product free of charge. We can provide on cap with each bottle purchased. We do not include cups by default to reduce plastic waste. There are many other ways to measure out dechlorinator. For example, a standard teaspoon is 5ml.

Bottle pump available

Another way to easily dose is by using a reusable bottle pump. The dosing pump fits onto every sized bottle of the Aquadip Aquarium Care product range. The riser pipe can be cut once to the size that you need.
