Frozen foods are great as a treat and as part of a well rounded diet. Frozen brine shrimp is also a brilliant way to encourage fussy eaters to start feeding. Some fish have been known to completely shun flake food. Frozen food is very useful in this situation, and can even be a fishes life saver for very finicky feeders. It is normally easier to get a fish starting to feed with foods such as brine shrimp because they resemble a more natural food.
